The blue canister will cost you $10 at Lowes. It is filled with bio-balls. The CO2 is injected into the air injection part on the powerhead. The bubble counter was made from small animals water tube, just used invert and a piece of ridid air tubing going to the bottom for the air in. Any questions just ask!!!
