I'm building a refugium out of an old 55g for my 220g shark tank, and I've hit a snag.

The barriers I've cut don't fit perfectly. They're just barely off, by slightly less than 1/4". So, they stand at an angel.

A cut this small is a little too risky for me to make, as it will probably shatter the glass. So do you think I'm fine leaving it the way it is and moving forward with it; even though its at a slight angel? Or do you think I'll see problems with it in the future?

I don't care about what it looks like too much. It'll be below the tank, so who cares. As long as it works, I'm happy.

Since you're not concerned with the looks, leave it.

Otherwise I would say find your local cabinet builder and have them cut you some plexiglass for ten bucks, they usually have plenty of scrap laying around.
