Mag9.5--->FemaleAdapter--->BarbFitting[Thread]--->3/4 Hose--->FemaleAdapter--->BarbFitting[Thread]--->PVC ReturnLine--->DIY Spray Bar.

is this the right way to do it?? if not please tell me.

Overflow: 2" inch [ i might make 2 or just stick with one ] Since mostly i watch my filter through a Security Camera just in case when im not home :)
Return Line: 3/4" inch [ and Yes, i really love my fish as my family. mostly i love all animal ]
Pump GPH: 950

Not sure of the question, since the Mag Drive pumps have a threaded connection, why bother with hose and barbs.
I use all PVC with Mag Drives, from pump to tank.
I do like to use a PVC union threaded onto the pump to make it easier to do maintenance on the pimp and for cleaning lines.
(you can see the union of the Mag below).

well the thing is i dont want flow loss i mean less GPH even tho it only by 20-50. and if im not doing the hose bard and soo on....

can i just do this?? Mag9.5---FemaleAdapter----PVC-Pipe----FemaleAdapter----ReturnLine---DIY Spray Bar??? if sooo then THANK YOU!!! dont have to buy a Hose [ that mean i can get LED Light im about to build the only thing stopping me is the Hose lol ]

Yes, you can simply use female adapters, but if you ever need to do cleaning of lines or pump maintenance (and this is inevitable), you will need to take it all apart (maybe even cut/saw pipe).
The union allows you to remove all piping from the pump with ease.
And a union does not contribute to any more loss of flow than hoses and barbs. There are female threaded unions.
Here is another view, the union connection to the pump has female threads.

If you want less flow loss, use sweep 45' PVC fittings for corners, instead of 90' elbows.
