DIY stand and new tank set up

my cousin bought just bought this tank, so we whipped up this stand. the stand cost about $45 to make. 1 sheet of oak luewan(sp?) 1 sheet of 7/16 plywood and some paint and trim we used free dunage from work for the frame and an outside 4 way we have from a jobsight. we still have leftover wood to make a canopy i will get pics of that too.

when it is all set up it will house a foot long male dovi

the 4 way is mounted in the front with a gfi breaker in it and a rain cover for those messy waterchanges

stand looks great. what size tank is that? and what does that square block do on the bottom left corner? I think you mentioned it, but didnt get what you meant. any thoughts for filtration?

Nice Stand!! I haven't seen too many people pull off a good bow front stand. Well, I guess I can now add at least one name onto the list of people that have!!

it is a 54 gallon...it will have 2 sponge filters buried under gravel and 1 cascade 300 running the tank. the black box is a plastic flip up cover that covers 4 places to plug stuff in. it is a GFI outlet so it will trip if any thing gets wet that shouldn't. and then only the tank will trip not the whole house breaker.
