I have a sum, where there is an uneven "chunk" of plywood that broke when inserting the bottom portion.

I want to fill this with fiberglass - does anyone have any good links on how to apply - all links/video's I have seen do not really show how to "fill" the back portion, or how I should fill.

I purchased fiberglass with the matt, just unsure of how I should fill the 1/4' deep, 3"wide, 2" long hole.

Thanks for any advice,

If it is not all the way through then just apply some resin and place some mat over that and use a small paint roller to roll on some more resin. Make sure that the mat is fully wetted. That is all there is too it.

If there is a hole all the way through then you will need to put the wood chunk back in and then do the resin and mat.

I agree .. resin is very forgiving it will settle and dry, always put less, you can always put another layer of just resin.
