Hey MFK,
Due to the cost of glass where I live I have been thinking about using acrylic baffles for my DIY sump tank. Recently I have heard that acrylic expands and contracts with temperature and haven't been able to find any information on much it expands by. This has got me thinking because where I live there is a rather drastic change in temperatures between seasons (40+ degree peak in summer down to 10 degrees in winter).
If anyone is able to provide any information about this issue or any personal experience of acrylic cracking their tanks and be more then happy to hear it
Thanks in advance,
