diy sump, is this right?

thinking i will make a diy sump out of a 38g tank, is this right? nothing is to scale, i will make the fuge area as large as possible once i have everything.

Looks like a good plan, the only thing I might add is a bubble trap instead of a single baffle before the return pump. How much flow are you looking at putting through the sump?
