So I was looking into building my own T5 HO fixture but I am trying to limit the price to under $30 - $40 preferably cheaper even
but I've seen some Workhorse ballasts being sold for $17 - $25 on amazon.com not sure if they are the best or the right ballasts
for T5 HO, Other than that I was looking at this.

The goal being to mount 2x T5HO's over my tank for the plants the standard dual 48" T8 bulbs don't seem to be cutting it,
The plus side to the Glo I guess is the fact its already functional when it gets here over wiring up a ballast before it can be used.
Would also be a plus if I could grab what I need from HomeDepot etc if anyone knows who carries what and if it will work
for me, Just needing to get out of the low light region as cheaply as I can.
