Do all species of PBass get nuchal humps?

Yep, mine only develops the hump when he gets horny, and then like The Trust said, it's not that big. And as far as I am aware all of the pbass species develop humps.
I caught a Male PB that was around 15 inch a few weeks ago. His hump was huge. I have it in a holding tank since caught. It's hump is completelety gone.
Will add a female of appropriate size later. It has already killed two smaller females.
I've observed breeding pairs in our lake with males showing big humps. The humps slowly disappear after the fries swim. You could also see pairs with fries over an inch here with neither one of the pair having a hump.
I'm inclined to believe that the humps are a temporary thing in relation to breeding activity.
As the commercial says if the "erection" lasts for more than four hours see a professional right away...
