Can I keep my balzanii at >75 degrees all year? I know they are from warmer regions than other gymnogeophagus.

As far as I know they do better if given one . I have heard of them being kept in warm tanks year round without problems as well though. I think it comes down to a matter of preference with them , but I'd give them a cool down since they get one in nature. Even though they come from a warmer region, I believe it still cools down a bit in the winter. Just not as much as other areas.
