Do bichirs eat till they burst or what?

Hi guys i have 4 polys now 2 ornates and two endlis and when i got my first one i thought he ate well but these two endlis look like they have eaten a bag of spanners and now the little ornate is doing it! But they keep coming back for more!
I normally put say 8 small neck worms in in the morning and then give them perhaps 10 to 12 small sinking carnivore pellets and ive been putting a chopped prawn in and they all go!
Is this normal?

I think thats normal. My Laps would eat pellets all day long.
And my Ornate kills 30 feeders in one night and is still looking for more
How big are your Polys?

Hi my polys are 1 x 8" ornate plus 1 4.5" ornate and 2 4.75" endlis, so i can feed them more,do you think?

I feed my smaller polys as much as they want.
So they grow pretty quick.
My bigger Polys (Laps and Ornate 16,17") get fed twice a week.
I think it's enough.
They're well fed.

I got the Ornate with about 10 inches 1,5 years ago.
And yes they are definitely PIGS
