I have a Aqua Clear 400 powerhead in the catfish tank. It's a 56 with a bullhead and a small blue acara which will not die. I just installed it, do they like current, it's cool if not I just have two 400's lying around thought I would put one to use.

Also, what's a good temp. for bullheads.

:)

As long as they have a place to rest from the current.

bullhead are a warm water fish and can handle all kinds of temps from no heater to 80 degree water. Bullhead tend to be found in lakes and slow streams. So a little current is alright.

:iagree: this is where i sually get them so little current would be good.

Wel he was pissed after it was on even for a few days, he seriously stopped eating. I thought nothing of it, then turned the powerhead off and he started to eat again, lol. Stingy little thing.
