I got a group of 7. I noticed that they all hide in a dark corner of the tank by night and starts to get active again and play during the day.
Is this normal clown loach behavior?

I know they immitatre the other fishes but why only at night?
None of my fishes do that.

yeah sometimes i find them laying on their sides, i get a lil worried tho cause i think they're dead but usually any dead fish in my aquarium are getting eaten..

Ya mine stay close to their cave during day then sleep all tight together at night in the cave.

Looks like its normal afterall.. i thought it had something to do with the barbs when i took them out of the tank. So it wouldnt have mattered if theres less movement in the tank?

Yea its funny with loaches they lay on their side like as if they are playing dead it pretty creepy at first but just like everyone said they usually all sleep together at night.... I don't have clowns but i have blue body red tail botias and they have the exact same habits...
