Do ct datnoids ever go unstable

Hi everyone I had a question
I recently was going to purchase a ct datnoid but I didn't because I wasn't sure that ct go unstable I know indos do but I'm almost positive that ct datnoid don't please help me out thanks mfkers

Would you say if a ct or a st go unstable they would be very low quality?
Therefore the price would be low as well?
Or it wouldn't matter?
I just don't want to get ripped off.
