i have a juvenile discus and he is blue right now with no stripes or anything and about 4 inches, i have been looking online to try and see what he will look like or what he will turn out to or if he will stay plain like that for ever but haven't had any luck. ill post some pics tomorrow so u guys can see.

when got mine they were about 3" and looked pre plain now theyre about 5" and they have awresome colours so yes they do but if yours id already blue it might get brighter but might be on hormones so has its adult colours already

OK thanks, yeah i hope it does change colors because i didn't want to pay 70 dollars for a beautiful adult discus i preferred 20 bux for a baby one even tho i didn't know if it would look nice or not in the future

Blue Diamonds will stay blue. The blue covers their entire body and fins as they get older.

Do you know name of the strain of the discus? I have a feeling its a blue diamond too.
