Do Dwarf Puffers need to be fed Pond Snails?

Title says all. I have never gotten a straight answer. If they don't, I would seriously consider getting a few. However, I don't like feeding live food, so if they do, I would wait until I could accommodate an Arrowhead and feed it frozen mussels:D

So, do they?
 
They dont but you should feed them snails once in a while
 
They really don't have the dentistry problems other puffers do.
