Do Festae attack eyes?

Well, for the 3rd time I woke up to a dither missing eyes. I have 2 suspects. First one is a 3.5 inch Festae, the other is a 3 inch EBJD. I figured it was the festae. But, why the eyes? First 2 were danios then a tinfoil barb. I also have a 2.5 inch royal pleco. The festae and ebjd get along fine. I will just keep adding dithers if it keeps the peace.

Some say the eyes are the doorway to your soul and the festae (aka red TERROR) wants to be cthulhu! Taking souls. Its the only possibility
