do frontosa and pbass mix well?

I would say no. Pbass are far more aggressive than fronts. Also there water parameters food requirements growth rates (fronts would probably get eaten in the long run) etc are diferent.
not a good idea, you should never mix fish from different regions.. i.e sa cichlids with africans, completley different water params, temperments etc for example fronts require a very high PH to thrive whilst pbass prefer a lower PH.. i wouldnt do it.
Oh frontosa want hard water PH aund 7.6-7.8, where as i like to keep cichla in soft water around 6.5
