Is there any truth about frozen Blood Worms Carry Disease? Or is that a myth

I believe it's a myth. I personally never had issues of fish getting a disease from eating Frozen Bloodworms. Live maybe may carry harmful pathogens.

Use a good brand that is sterilized like Hikari.

I don't believe they carry disease, but I do believe frozen foods can be bad for your fish if they are allowed to thaw and then refrozen. My LFS often has questionable looking frozen foods that you can tell have melted before being stocked. Don't buy those.

I did research on leafy sea dragons several months ago and if my memory doesn’t fail me then it’s true that they can’t be fee frozen food because their immune system is so delicate that even the trace amounts of bacteria in the frozen food can kill them, something like that.

Not exactly what you asked but similar enough that I thought I could throw it out there. I will say that if you do a google search or a search on here for frozen blood worms and diseases you would likely find any stories there are.
