Do Fw sleep ?

Hi,

I am new to Fw hobby. Got new 5" Fw zz last week. My doubt is, Do they sleep at night?

Should I turn off light? (I turn off when i go to bed)
Should I turn off filter? (filter's water movement may disturb his sleeping !!??)

else Can I turn off filter and turn ON airstone ?

Yes they sleep...no do not turn off the filter...
