I notice my stingray breathing pretty hard lately but never really paid to much attention, but now I'm wondering if I have enough aeration in my 125gal. All my water parameters are good and my temp is at a high 87 degrees to due my young Peacock bass and don't wanna drop it any lower. Right now I have 2 Penguin 350 HOB on each side of the tank and a FX5 for my filtration and also a small power head at the bottom of my tank only because of my BB tank. So I think about adding acouple of bubble wands? or am I just overly worried. Thanks, Joe

87 seems a little high. I'd drop it down to about 82, even with the p-bass in there. I keep my 300g at around 82 and the fish in there are flourishing.

:iagree: Warmer water dissolves less oxygen. Just lower it a bit :)

Lower the temp in your tank , see if that helps as said before your temp seems a little high .
