Hi,
I am starting my new 80"x28"x28" tank. There will be potamotrygon motoro couple, 6x geophagus winemilleri, 10x satanoperca jurupari, 20x hemiodus grasilis, 4x L-142, 3x L-200 "hifin".

I have Eheim classic 2260, Tetratex ex 1200 and self made tricle filter on top of aquaruim. I use ex 1200 for prefiltering and pumping water to the tricle filter. What do you think, is this enough?

I also like to know how you have taken the current. Is it better to use streams or adjustable wavemaker?

Yes you have enough filtration especially with that Eheim 2260. You know you can increase the 2260 by buying a 2262 Eheim pump it filters alot more water. I picked one up from BigAlsonline.

Thank you Smitty.

I didn't know about 2262. LFS are only selling 2260 and quick look to european webstores is the same. But i found that 2262 is using Eheim pump 1262. Those are available but price is ~150$, not cheap :( will see.
