Im using 2x 96watts 10k corallife bulbs. On a 240 gallons, 96x24x24

right now im trying to grow java moss. basically, im will only grow the hardy plants, that doesnt need much fertz and co2

you should be fine becuase java moss is a low light and maintenance plant so you should be fine for now! you might even want to try out anubias maybe? they are hardy and dont require much

No your lights are actually perfect for any of the low light plants.

When you switch out the bulbs you might consider getting some 6700k bulbs they are better for plants growth.

well you have less than 0.083333333333333333333333333333333 watts per sqare inch

so i think so but dont expect any rapid growth. also because of the lower light levels and therfore plant metabolism you wont have to use co2. The contact with the air will in all likely hood provide enough co2 and if you have an air stone then there wont be a question about it.
