Its 48 x 22 wide 18 tall. Chamber 2 will be mostly empty. So about 70 gallons.
The stand support is 1 1/2 " steel tube. It is 48 x 22.

I can put some 2x4 wood blocks under it also, as it sits on a hard wood floor

The baffles are all well bonded, to 3/8" acrylic bottom.

The stand is level and perfectly flat.

I can really use the extra inch that a plywood top would use up.20161228_194630.jpg
I will be splitting the 1 1/2" to leave room for my sump doors, to mount flush, they are 3/4". I can use thinner covers.

wood blocks should b fine... i have 1 like that on flat 2x4's all the way around. the important part is to support the entire bottom perimiter seams.
