At my LFS they have some 7-8" Jardinis, some with regular colors, while some are really black (their back, their fins, etc.). I was wondering when these Jardini's get bigger, do they lose their black attributes and all turn out to the be same color?

I hope not. I just got mine the other day and chose the one with the darkest black fins because it looked so good. I took a 5"er over a couple of 7-8"ers for the same price for his black fins.

Hi can anyone confirm whether or not a Jardini loses it's color as it gets bigger? I want to pick up a nice black one today with really dark black fins, and a great greyish/black hue to his body. That is, unless they'll all grow up to be the same color..
