Do livebearers mix with angels?

What size is the tank? Something to consider. Most livebearers are known to pick on the slime coat of fish larger than themselves. Guppies may be consumed or have their tails ripped by the angels.

It's a 55g, I have angels/cories/bristlenose definitely planned for it

I'll probably add some kind of rainbow shark(dunno much about these) or khuli loaches IF I can find them :D

Kuhli loaches are a much better option to avoid issues.

personally, that sounds like a decent tank alone right there to me. not much of a need to add any live-bearers IMO. the angels with cories and a bristle could be a real nice looking tank if you aquascape it right.

Only benefit I can see with livebearers added is free protein load for angels when they start consuming the fry.:)

Never tried much aquascaping, unless putting in a piece of driftwood and a few plastic plants count :screwy:
