I have made this thread http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172445

but nobody was able to help me

I scoured the net and as i can observed they are both male basing on its tail (maybe im wrong) and so decided not to put sand

now ive seen crushed eggd shells
so possibly I have a couple???

could this be an empty shell?

i know with some turtles the males have a concave area on the bottom of their shell to help when mounting a female...but im not sure with these

im no expert but if it is an egg then i think its safe to assume you have a female. looks like egg shell to me. as far as i know the only event of a male having eggs/babies was merely a film. the closest a male gets to having eggs/babies is when the female passes eggs to him like seahorses and aros (i think).

so where are the experts here??
well this is monsterFISHkeepers.com so i think most of the turtle experts would be on a turtle/reptile site...but who knows, you might get lucky and we have a few turtle experts here...
but im 99.999999999% sure that if you have eggs in there:
A) you have at least 1 female turtle or
B) Your male turtles somehow made omelets and were very messy about it

:ROFL::ROFL: Although the idea of turtles making omelets makes me wanna see it happen. I'd say you have a female turtle in there. Males don't have the anatomy to even make eggs let alone lay them.
