I had a 10" irwini for a few months now. He always hides real well and last night I rearranged the tank and didn't find him no where. I searched the floor very well and far, no fish. I looked everywhere possible in the tank besides under the full 96X30" platform of gravel. I don't think any of my other fish would have eaten this armored cat. Stumped....

He always looks fat though. Thinking about it today though, I don't remember seeing it for a few weeks but still couldn't have rotted away and this thing was a healthy tank. With the body structure I don't see how even a larger fish could eat it but that's the only thing that makes sense to me...

Glad to hear he didn't die or get eaten.
