I just spent 35min moping up water out of my kitchen that had been spilling out of my 150 for more that 20min.

MY WIFE WAS THRILLED!!

(did I mention she is also pregnent)

I will now be investing in a float shutoff for my fill hose.

yeah i did that one morning after i had pulled an all nighter. spent about 6-8 hours using a shop vac to get most of the water sucked out of the carpet. yeah, they werent to thrilled about that one but luckily it is infloor heat and was in the winter so the warm floor dried everything out so no mold formed.

I got most of it cleaned up with a mop and towels. Now there are 2 fans in the kitchen and one in the basement.

I just did this too on a 220 Gal. Carpet is finally dry two days later, but im going to have to move everything out of the room to steam vac it.
