Just curious. Ours look just like ocell. I posted and ID thread and the majority of ppl said the same. And the place I got him from said ocell. But ours don't have red eyes. I looked at the sticky ID thread and both of the ocell breeds have red eyes.
Do Ocell have to have red eyes?

Both my large Ocells have red eyes, one of them is really red. The other not as red. Both around 12"-13"

Don't think this is necessarily true. Although red eyes are common among ocells, I don't think they have to have them.
Not necessarily mine are still relatively small and have red eyes about half the time my monos also have red eyes half the time
