Do Omega One Veggie wafers cloud your tank?

My tank gets so damn cloudy after dropping spirulina/veggie wafers in the tank. Any other food my tank is clear. Do you guys have the same problem? I have 2 XP4's on a 150g and I am still seeing about an hour or two hour cloudy period. Maybe I could add another heavy canister filter and simply use mechanical filtration as opposed to biological because my two existing canisters are loaded with bio.

That's the problem. You need mechanical filtration. Also, no my tanks don't cloud and I drop in 20 algae wafers every day for my plecos. Ive used hikari and this other brand wafers. Granted they devour them in a matter of minutes but still... oh and my tanks have half your filtration. But then again I'm heavily planted...

Ive used the Omega One wafers for years and never had any issues. Is all the food eaten right away? Is there a possibility you might be overfeeding and its sitting in the tank too long?

Same here. I have used them for years with no problem. Maybe you got a bad batch.

I definitely could be throwing too many in there. I only have 2 BN plecos and some CL's. I mat decrease the amount I throw in. I also feed NLS pellets, blood worms, krill, and spirulina mysis. Frozen foods every other day and they get pellets every day.
