Do Oscar's blush?

I have a tiger and an albino oscar that when in the morning, the tiger will have white spots on the edge of the anal and tail fins, right at the tips with the normal color lining the spots. These white spots turn to BLACK after I feed the crew.

Is this like a blushing reaction, not in embarrassment, but in excitement... I can't really tell on the Albino, but this coloration comes and goes, and is only around the edges of the fins.

Or is this something I need to be concerned with?

From what I have seen my O's change colors a lot depending on mood!

My tiger is light, but I have a real light substrate too, the albino actually shows up better with a lighter background.

But yeah, those spots are his scales that flash color and such...All black last night.
