found this poor catfish that was surrendered to my local petco. he's in rough shape all his whiskers are gone both pectoral fins are gone nothing but bone/spine left .he's roughly 4_5 inchs long. I may try and save him even thou I can't keep him long term. all I have for him will be my 65g .

do you guys think his pectoral fins will grow back?

Generally those fins and whiskers don't grow back. I know for sure pec fins don't and I'm pretty sure whiskers dont. Maybe other fins. I had a couple silver dollars who were injured early in their lives. They lived over 10 years with little to no fins left.
