Do These Fry Worth $20 Each?

Saw this ad on Craiglist and I wanted to know any one's opinions.

Never kept or bought any flower horns, I've heard they can be expensive. But 20 each for fry? Seems a little steep if you ask me.

If the fry look like the bottom one then $20 is a fair price but it wouldn't hurt to see if you could talk them down a little. If they really are 0.5" then that is steep.
