The big guy I just picked up yesterday seemed to have dark(brown) colored eyes. When I checked on him this morning his eyes have lightened up a lot. I'm assuming they were dark due to stress, but they were dark at the lfs too. I think he was pretty stressed at the lfs given the conditions he was kept in(very overstocked tank) so I guess that's why his eyes were dark there too. Is there any possibility of him being fertile if he's got white eyes? If not then I'm going to sell him. What would he be worth? He's starting to get a little more of a pinky color to him but not much. I can take new pictures if needed. Thank you!

You will never know until you try and breed him. I'm assuming you took these pictures when the sun was up and he was swimming around.. Yup.. he has white eyes.

Now that I look at it again.. It has a bit of yellow in its eyes.. I still think you should try breeding it just to make sure.. Don't sell it until you know its infertile..
