Do you accept walk in customers to your warehouse?

I was wondering the same thing so I called them last week.
I was told unless I was a "shop" I would not get in!!

Hi,
No walk ins unless your with a pet shop. We do internet sales for those that are not located near one of our pet shops. We are happy to ship you an order via air cargo or dhl.
