I think this is a VERY good question. My GF absolutely LOVES to sleep....I hate it sooo much. I just feel like it's a waste of time. I know I need the sleep and it helps blah blah whatever. I hate it. I've fell asleep at like 2pm after I've gotten off of work and wake up at 9pm and I get mad. I just feel like I wasted my whole day, I did nothing to add to my life. I work at 5am so sleeping till 9pm pretty much means I'm screwed since I need to still take a shower/eat/take dog out etc. and go to sleep so I don't screw up my schedule.

What does everyone else think? A total waste of valuable time IMO.:)
 
i enjoy sleeping at night but i HATE HATE HATE naps during the day.TOTAL waste of time.if i fall asleep and take a nap i wake up and i feel like crap physically and i feel so angry,and actually sad sometimes,cuz i feel like i wasted my day
 
i hate sleep period i disslike missing out on all the **** i could have seen done and so on so im with you

I must say actually that I enjoy a good 2-3 hr nap. BUT it can't be more than 4 hours!!! I think the whole REM sleeping kicks in after a certain point and deep sleeps kicks in and when you wake up you feel groggy and like crap. That's why when you stay up real late and only get 2-3 hrs of sleep you actually feel better than sleeping 8 hrs sometimes. Just some random info I know of, lol.

But I agree, I wake up after a long nap and feel sad that I didn't do anything. There's always something I could do now I have to do it the next day. I'm usually over it within an hour...life does go on but it still sucks!

I wouldn't I dislike it. I hate going to bed, once I am in bed I hate getting out of bed. I also have mild insomnia so don't get tired until like 2-3am and I wake up at 650am to cycle to work.

If I take even a 15min nap after work I am screwed and can't get to sleep until 4 in the morning. I have to watch when and how I sleep or my sleeping pattern is interrupted so easily. I usually sleep about 5 hours a night during the week and 8 hours max on the weekends.
 
I love to sleep. I just wish I had more time to do it.......
 
i dont go out for walks until its dark =) But at the moment mozzies are keeping me indoors =( Start walk at 8pm, get home about 1am, in bed by 2, up at 6 for work at 7:30am =) Usual week night, oh, usually accomponied by a 6 pack of bourbon lol. =D
