Do you have a good Petco/Petsmart?

Luckily enough, I do. The closest one to my house is terrible...Go figure, but there is another about a half hour away with a knowledgeable staff. The manager knows his stuff and is ordering me a rare pleco for my 125g. I guess there can be good in evil lol.

My petsmart is bad but my petco is clean and nice looking. I don't really know about the staff at petco but all the fish are healthy and not disease filled. But it seems they don't feed them that often at petco because when I bought some fish they were really hungry.
 
There's like 4 petsmart a around and the one closest to me is spotless and staff surpasses some lfs's but the other 3 are terrible and the Petco is even worse!

I haven't had much luck at either one near me in purchasing quality fish. If found a good one stick with it b/c they are few and far between....
 
Healthwise theres two that are ok. selection wise also. but knowledge wise its horrible. although sometimes this is beneficial when they cant tell a $10 clown loach from a $2 tiger bard or odessa barb. :) gotten some good deals out of their stupidity.
 
I only have a Petsmart here and they are alright. Some of the people there know what they're talking about but some of them are extremely rude. I'd rather go to Pet Supermarket. They have more exotics, cleaner, and the people there are nice. Once got a Glass Catfish there for half price, since they labeled it wrong. :3
 
The pet smart near me has healthy fish but not the most knowledgeable staff. the one that is a little farther away has a horrible staff and okay fish.
 
my petsmart is pretty good they know there stuff but my petco is horrible..piles of dead fish in every tank i have contacted the BBA on them numerous times
 
THey are alright
