The bulk of what I feed is the biggest NLS pellets. Also cichlid gold, FD krill, once in a while tetra sticks, market shrimp about every day, telapia and earthworms in the summer. I get long life and good colors but am always interested in varietys of good food. I ordered 2lb of omega one today to try.

Do any of you use it and what is your opinion of it?

I've always had good results with Omega 1. I pretty much feed all of the same foods you've listed above and Omege seems to be just as good as the rest.

works good for my fish and does not clouds up the water. I never bother to ask my fish to see what they think but I don't have any leftovers so I take it that they like it.

Just read the ingrediants list! All good stuff in there. Whole salmon, Halibut, shrimp! Very little filler. Also try Hikari Discus Bio-Gold for small fish when young. The pieces are too small for large fish but when small this is also a great food. Your present selection is very good. Just keep mixing a varity of foods like your doing.

It's one of the best fish foods out.

I feed mine tons of Omega One foods. It is one of my favorites.

I like it or rather,my fish seem to like it.One thing that really stands out is that I can get the flakes to sink if I hold them in my fingers just under the water surface for a few seconds. That way the cats on the bottom get their share.

I personally think that Omega One is the best fish food hands down. It's expensive, but the quality is top notch.
