Do you rearrange tanks often??

Hey just trying to get an overall census on how often people rearrange their fish tanks?

I rearrange mine every 6 months.

I used to do mine like every 6 months, but now I do it like once a month. I don't always completely rearrange it, but I like seeing something different, and I like spending time with the tank. Also it keeps aggression levels down because the fish have to restake zones. So it has some beneficial properties to it aswell =]

Yeah I'm thinking about rearranging a little more often as well, I just don't want to have my fish be stressed too much.

i do about every 3rd time i clean the tank

I used too rearrange every water change but the fish would move fake plants and etc. wherever they want it.

So I rearrange about once every 6 months and just let the fish move where they want it. They moved it, they must like it that way. But after 6 months it usually looks messy to people who don't understand so I put everything back.

I try my best not to and let the plants grow naturally.

Depends on the setup. In tanks with plants rooted into the substrate I rarely do any major rearranging.

In my 75 which is all driftwood with some hornwart floating around, I do an extra large waterchange every 3-4 weeks (with normal 25-30%s in between) and do a thorough tank cleaning that involves removing and mixing around all the driftwood

welp my fish is a ***hole he rips the plants out all the time so everyother day im in the tank....till it jacks me off then i let it go till it jacks me off looking at it...lol
