Yes, overstocked. While you may think it will be fine seeing as all the fish are still juvies, this tank is not big enough for all of them once they mature.

I would suggest ditching the plecos, the flounder, the eel, and the bgk and you should have a nice bottom dweller tank. I know it is hard to listen to the advice on this board when you start out with fishkeeping and you want to keep everything. But there are a lot of very experienced members on this forum with great advice.

i got a soon to be empty 55 could i put the fish u told me to keep in that and the ones u told me to ditch in the 75

I think the 55 would be a tight fit for your keepers. We have all gone through the stage of wanting to keep everything...what helped me was finding a specific type of fish that I liked and focus on giving it the best environment possible (best food, tank, filtration, tankmates). Try to mimic their habitat in the wild. Me, I chose fish with more personality that will interact with you. You have to find what you like and there are a lot of choices out there. That is what makes this hobby so fun...endless possibilities. Look at each of the fish you have and find the common theme.

Do not add anything else.

Thanks for all your help ill get a bigger tank in a few months and il put the ditch fish in there and see how it goes maybe add a few extras. what size tank should i get and what should i do with the 55?

i know this isnt what you want to here but its definitely too much. just get on craigslist and look for a bigger tank. a 125g would be a good start but thats prolly still too small.
