Do you use ATMs at convenience stores?

I'm not really referring to the machines that are in Wawa or 7eleven but the ones that are set up in little mom and pop corner stores.I have seen some in some pretty seedy looking stores and they all seem to charge a rather high fee to use them.

Try not to because of the insane fees. I try to avoid those stores usually as they also don't normally have a high turnover rate in product.

I try not to use cash at all so this isn't a problem

The only time I use them is when I crash thru the doors of the store in my truck, hook chains to it and speed off!

i only use the ATM at my bank but i hardly ever use cash i always use my debit / credit card

I try to only use my bank's machines as well.I have seen some of these other machines actually outside of the stores like a stand alone unit.They seem like a set up for the user to get robbed.

I recently paid off and cancelled my last remaining card...I realize one or two can be useful in emergency type situations but I'd rather not be bothered with the fees.

Fees?? Almost everyone offers a fee less card these days. And people need credit this day and age. Discover card offers cards with no fees. They even offer a great opportunity to take money off the card at local stores registers called cash over (not a cash advance) without being charged a fee for doing so. Just pay it back at the end of the month.

I'll have to look into that.The card I just did away with had all sorts of charges....I'm accustomed to tearing up and throwing away any card offers that come in the mail...
