Do You Use Vitamins?

Hello--

I've had a cichlid tank of one or another for almost 10 years and have never used vitamins.

I was just reading the care for a new fish and it suggests vitamins, so it made me start thinking.

Does anyone use vitamins? What are the pluses and minuses?

So I'm guessing you feel like they're worth it?

I guess? The calcium carbonate keeps the expensive ORP meter from fluctuating. And the the iron keeps the 100 watts of 600nm Led growing green algea, that's packed with Vitamin A.
