15 inch (slim) RTG.
6, 5 inch clown loaches which have plenty of hiding spaces.

Will i be able to put a 6 to 7 inch (or bigger) Dat in with them without problems?

I'm prtty sure my RTG won't be a problem.

I know it's a commonly asked question, not just for Dats but for most big fish so I'm sorry if I'm being a bore.

How big is your tank?

the loaches are too big for a 7 inch tiger to swallow. so they should be ok.

I would keep an eye on the aro, which will grow x2 faster than the dat.

Hi thanks for the answer.
The tank is 60in by 30in, 200gal. My arow has started to slow and is a small arow. I think it's a female.
I take it datanoids are slow growers, do all Asian species grow to about the same size?

you should be okay.... if the aro can't swallow them, the dat won't. I have a 15" silver aro and 5" clowns and a 6" NGT. All has been well.
