The seller offer me a very good price on this 13" Black Rhom (the seller's photo)..
If I were to pick this fish up at Pearson airport (the shipping will cost me around $300)
The seller suggested that I can pick it up at the US border to save on shipping..
I heard that live stocks need some kind of document to transfer from one country to another, so do I need some special papers to get the fish in? or an invoice will do (the seller said so)
