I believe this is my first time posting in this section, as I usually just stick to the ray section. Hi everybody!

I've got an RO machine that I have been using, but I want to leave some minerals in the water so that I don't have to use supplements. To try and solve this I've removed the RO membrane. If I only use the sediment/carbon block filters, will it remove the chlorine for me?

Thanks,
-Matt

I'm not 100% on this, but I would think it would not remove chlorine with the RO membrane removed. I am also curious as to what others have to say.

I would add this just in case you forget to get a new carbon block
and the old one is saturated.....Google, Dosmatic minidos
and dilute your prime......good luck.....

If you're willing to drop the money upfront, then injecting a stock solution of good dechlor is an excellent way to go. FWIW, however, a product called "chemilizer" is only a little more and has way less wear and tear products. If you're interested in this route, I suggest shooting Li (neoprodigy) a pm, as he has used both.
