Not sure where your tank is but you can heat the whole room. It is small and well insulated get an in wall heater and heat the whole room.

I THINK HEATING A WELL INSULATED ROOM WOULD MAKE MUCH MORE SENSES......, AS LONG AS IT IS NOT OVERLY BIG.....

I have done this both ways and heating the room costs you more money then just heating the tank. I would order something from aquatic eco-systems they have tons of options that are suited for aquarium use. Try an inline heater that should work fine.
