Does anybody else keep cichla ocellaris?

Does anybody keep cichla ocellaris? I've got a young one and i love him but i don't see many on here or pictures. Peeps tend to keep some of the other species. Does anybody have any good pics so i know what to expect from him? Thanks

I don't have any pics but google it www.google.com and look through images. Ocellaris is a common species and well most are sold are farm bred in which people at least here have less of a interest in keeping. Most go for the rarer w/c species.

I used to keep them. Until an unwanted infection spread through the tank from bad feeders.

They look just as nice as some of the rarer species, i think that they are quite underated.

here are some of mine.. lost the Tems last weekend.

I have one big Ocellaris (Dozer) and 5 small ones, the younger ones are 5 inches now and almost big enough to put in the big tank with Dozer.

I saw a stunning 20" Ocellaris at my LFS tofay for £295 which i thought was very expensive, but it had been sold which means that obviously someone wanted it.
