Does anybody know whats wrong with this fish?

I have been fighting Ich in the tank for the last few days and yesterday i noticed this weird red marks on one gurami.

Sorry, I can't see any marks. That's a cute little gourami you have there.

if the gourami is rubbing against things this might have caused the marks.

im sorry for the poor pic, he just always turns the other way
But im talking about all the red in the middle of him.
