does anybody use this food for their rift cichlids?

yes i do and i love it! i order ultima,veggie FX, and color FX or supreme. It gives my SA and African cichlids energy and color. I think you'll loev it

I've thought about it before and probably will try it in the near future but don't anticipate the process of the fish getting used to the new food. It was rediculous enough getting my fish to accept NLS but worth it just to know they're getting a food that's well balanced.

I only use NLS and HBH super soft with spirilla they are pretty equal IMO.

Looks to be a good food source for your fish. I have used some HBH and find the super soft a great food. The nice thing about it is you can start feeding it to your fry almost immediately as your can crush it into a fine form by rolling it in your fingers. Anything with spirulina in it should be good.

I may try it later but for now have decided against it (partially not wanting to experiment with expensive fish foods so close to the holidays).

For now I have NLS and supplement it with krill and algae wafers for treats.

I use the Ultima with my fronts and they love it. I alternate between that and NLS

I was just looking at that food about 10 minutes ago. I think I'll order a couple of pounds and see how it goes
